The attainment of the sovereignty of marginalized communities in managing their social, economic, political and cultural life with all their potentials.
Working to strengthen marginalized communities and CSOs to jointly promote public policies for the interest of the marginalized communities, in managing their lives.
Striving to encourage the central and regional governments to carry out the implementation of state obligations to respect, fulfill and protect human rights in general and more specifically to marginalized groups.
